Because it creates in the company a system of governance based on ethical principles which enables the organization to respond to the quality requirements of all stakeholders,competitors,and those stakeholders that are indirectly related to the organization. The ethical dimension of Human Resource Management refers to the principles and values guiding the treatment of employees and shaping organizational polliciess.so,HR professionals are responsible for creating a fair,transparent, and respectful workplace culture.
